Game Party Pros is a small rental business in Sun City, AZ. We collect only what we need to answer your questions and run your rental, and we never sell your information or use it for advertising.

What we collect

When you request a rental, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the items and dates you ask for, whether you want pickup or delivery, your delivery address if you choose delivery, and anything you write in the notes field.

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, your phone number if you provide one, and your message.

Automatically, our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request information in order to serve the site and to run the anti-spam check that protects our forms.

How we use it

We use your details to confirm availability, arrange and deliver your rental, take payment, and communicate with you about your event. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Payments and your card

Payments are processed by Stripe on a secure page hosted by Stripe. Your full card number is never sent to, or stored on, our website. We keep only the reference identifiers that link your reservation to its payment.

When you make your reservation payment, you accept our Rental Termsand your card is securely saved by Stripe. That saved card is used only for the damage, loss, and excessive cleaning charges described in section 6 of those terms — never for your remaining balance, which you pay yourself from a link we email you. Once your rental is complete and settled, you can ask us to remove the saved card at any time.

Who else handles your information

We use a small number of service providers, who process this information on our behalf:

• Stripe — payment processing and secure storage of your saved card.
• Cloudflare — website hosting, our reservation database, the anti-spam check on our forms, and sign-in protection for our internal admin pages.
• Resend — sending transactional email such as request confirmations, approvals, and payment links.

Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. Cloudflare may set cookies that are necessary for site security and for the anti-spam check. Our internal admin pages use a sign-in cookie that applies only to the business owners.

How long we keep it

We keep reservation and payment records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet tax and legal obligations. Contact-form messages are kept until they have been handled and are then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep — including the card saved for a completed rental. Email us at gamepartypros@gmail.com and we will take care of it.

Children

Our rentals are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
